Systematic Reviews: Learn about the Gold Standard of Evidence Based Practice

A systematic review is a summary of various types of controlled trials used for Evidence Based Practice (EBP). In basic terms, it researches common questions and reviews many studies versus simply one. These are a great approach for both beginning and wrapping up research. Systematic reviews are helpful for the novice in terms of learning about criteria, measures, and historical research on a topic. They also help dissertation level students make sure they have been exhaustive in their research. This presentation will discuss Systematic Review types, sections, and how to find them in Library Resources.
